Coverage
- 12-month limited warranty on VAYU device and charging kit
- Manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal use
- Firmware and software updates during the warranty term
Exclusions
- Accidental damage, liquid damage, cosmetic wear, or misuse
- Third-party repairs, unauthorised modifications, or rooting/jailbreaking
- Consumable parts (nose pads, frame tips) beyond manufacturing defects
- Damage from non-approved accessories or chargers
How to claim
Email team@vayuglasses.in with your order details and a description of the issue. Our team will run remote diagnostics and arrange pickup if required. Warranty repairs are targeted within 15 business days of receiving the device.
