Data Processors & DPAs
Praesidio Care Private Limited (VAYU) uses the following third-party processors to operate vayuglasses.in today. We rely on each provider's standard contractual data protection terms (Data Processing Agreements or equivalent) incorporated into our service agreements with them. We instruct processors to process personal data only on our documented instructions and for the purposes listed below.

Our commitments
- We do not sell personal data to processors or any third party
- Booking data in Google Sheets is accessible only to authorised VAYU team members
- We use processors only for the purposes listed above
- Cross-border transfers are disclosed in our Privacy Policy, consented to when you submit a booking, and governed by each processor's published DPA
- We review processor security and contractual terms at least annually
Future processors
When we launch payments, shipping integrations, or device services, we will update this page and our Privacy Policy before collecting additional data. Payment processors (e.g. Razorpay) will be subject to RBI-compliant terms and their published DPAs.
